Bedtime Yoga – Karma Yoga Series – November 2022

Bedtime Yoga is designed to help you shed the stresses of the day and get a good night’s sleep using yoga poses,  gentle stretches, conscious breathing, Mindfulness and guided meditation.

Some Yoga experience is helpful, but not required. Please come to class dressed in yoga clothes, workout clothes or pajamas.  Participants must be able to get down on to and up from the floor independently.

Our Karma Yoga Series classes are provided as a complimentary service to help participants to reduce stress and improve overall well-being.  

  • When: Tuesdays, November 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
  • Time: 8 pm – 9 pm
  • What you need:  A yoga mat and a cell phone or computer
  • Things you may find helpful (Optional): Yoga blocks, yoga straps, blankets, relaxing background music, sleep mask, a cup of calming herbal tea (Suggestions: Essence of Life Organic Herbal Tea, Chamomile or Peppermint Tea), Aromatherapy Diffuser and calming essential oils (Suggestions: Lavender, Clary Sage or Orange). Favorite Stuffed Animal or comfy blanket. Dim/Low Lighting or Candles.
