Post Op Massage & Body Contouring for Plastic Surgery Recovery
Post Op Recovery Massage uses Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Massage Therapy and Wellness Education to help clients who have undergone Plastic Surgery. Post Op Recovery Massage helps to shorten recovery time and reduce swelling, tissue hardness, inflammation, bruising, pain, discomfort and stress after plastic surgery. It also helps to remove the anesthesia and medication used during surgery out of the body. Sessions generally begin around day 8 post op. All equipment, oils, products and tools needed are included in your session. Each session is customized based on how your body is healing. Post Op Recovery Massage is helpful for clients who are recovering from Mommy Makeovers, Liposuction, Breast Lifts, Tummy Tucks and Brazilian Butt Lifts (BBL). Please Note: Bodily Fluids are not pushed out of surgical incisions during Post Op Recovery Massage. Surgical incisions will not be reopened. Reopening incisions is outside the scope of practice of Massage Therapists in the state of Texas and will NEVER be performed at Keva Mack Massage & Wellness under any circumstances. Surgical Drain removal is not provided at Keva Mack Massage & Wellness. 60 Minutes
Post Op Body Contouring combines techniques like Wood Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Radio Frequency Treatments and Ultrasound Cavitation with Massage Therapy to help soften tight tissue, reduce fibrosis, soften or flatten surgical scars, reduce swelling and lessen the appearance of bumps and lumps in the surgical area(s). Post Op Body Contouring can begin approximately 8 – 12 weeks post op and can extend beyond the first year after surgery. Clients have found it helpful to receive 1 – 4 Post Op Body Contouring sessions a month. 60 Minutes

Reiki is performed in hospitals, cancer clinics and hospice centers in America and all over the world. 15 Minutes
Aura Cleansing uses essential oils, herbs, crystals or sound therapy to gently cleanse the aura (aka the human biofield). Aura Cleansing is a relaxing and healing practice that has been used by people around the world for thousands of years. Aura Cleansing can be added to a massage or wellness service at no additional charge. Please request your Aura Cleansing when you book your appointment online. Up to 5 minutes
