Important Appointment Booking Information

If you have never had a Massage Therapy or wellness service with Keva Mack, when scheduling, please click on the service description with (New Client) in the title, so you can fill out the intake paperwork.

If you are a returning client, please click on the service description with (Existing Client) in the title.

Please Note:  No session will begin until the correct paperwork is on file for you.  The time it takes to fill out the correct paperwork will be deducted from your appointment time.  Please follow the directions above to ensure the correct paperwork is on file for you. 

How to Find Prices and Service Descriptions

Service price and descriptions are available for each service.  To see this information, click on the Book button below.  Select the category of the service you are researching and then select the specific service you’re interested in.  The information you’re looking for will be listed there.
