Q: Should I arrive early for my appointment to fill out paperwork?

A: No.  All of the paperwork required for your appointment is available online, so there’s no need to show up early for an appointment. If you’d like to show up early, it’s perfectly fine to show up 5-10 before your appointment.

Q: How do I know which massage is right for me?

A: Read a description of the services available using this page:  https://KevaMack.com/services/.  These descriptions will help you to determine what type of session works best for you.  If after reading the descriptions, you still are unsure, feel free to call or text Keva at 817-668-5382. She’ll be glad to help you decide.

Q:  Do you travel to client’s homes to provide Massage Therapy and Wellness Services?

A: No. Massage Therapy and Wellness housecalls are not available.  All services are provided in our office in Grand Prairie, TX.

Q: Do I have to be covered with a sheet or a towel during my massage?

A: Yes. Draping, the act of covering an unclothed body with a sheet or towel while working on various parts of the body, is required by Licensed Massage Therapists in the state of Texas.

Q: Do you accept healthcare insurance?

Q: Do you offer Massage Therapy packages?

A: No. I don’t offer Massage Therapy packages, but if you’d like to purchase more than one massage at a time, consider purchasing multiple gift certificates in the amount of the massage therapy service you’d like to book.  The Gift Certificates will be on file, under your name and can be used to pay for your massages as you book them. Q: How much do you charge?

A: Prices are located at https://KevaMack.com/book. To see the current prices, find the service you’re interested in and click on New Client or Current Client. The price will be listed with the service description. Sessions range from $85 – $100 per 1 hour. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: Keva Mack Massage & Wellness accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash App, HSA & FSA Debit Cards

Q: Can I talk during my massage?

A:  Yes, you can talk during a Massage Therapy session.

Q: How long will my massage last?

A: Approximately 10 minutes of each Massage Therapy session will be used to cover things like discussing why you’ve come in for Massage Therapy, filling out additional paperwork, wellness and aftercare suggestions, paying for the session, scheduling your next appointment and of course your undressing and dressing. For example: A 60 minute Massage Therapy session will include 50 minutes of hands on Massage Therapy. A 90 minute Massage Therapy session would include 80 minutes of hands on Massage Therapy.

Q: How soon can I come in for a Post Op Massage?

A: After liposuction, in many cases, it’s safe to begin Post Operative Massage Therapy 1 – 7 days after the procedure. In the case of a Tummy Tuck, it’s safe to begin Post Operative Massage Therapy 7-10 days after surgery.  All surgical incisions that have not healed should be covered by a bandage. For a more accurate guide for your specific surgery or procedure, it is best to consult your surgeon.

Q: Do Post Op Massages hurt?

A: No. When performed on a healthy patient and if no post surgical complications have taken place, Post Op Manual Lymph Drainage or Post Op Recovery Massage should not hurt. You may feel discomfort, but not pain. If pain does occur, please let Keva know. She can adjust her pressure. If after adjusting her pressure, you still experience pain, it is suggested that you consult your surgeon.
