Post Op Massage Therapy

Post Op Lymphatic Massage is for individuals who have recently had Plastic Surgery. Sessions can begin 24 hours after surgery, but most take place around Day 8 Post Op. Post Op Lymphatic Massage uses Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Massage Therapy and Complementary Therapies to help reduce swelling, pain, inflammation, stress and tissue hardness after Plastic Surgery. Health and Wellness Education is also provided. Sessions are customized based on how the client’s body is healing after surgery.

Post Op Body Contouring Massage is for individuals who have undergone plastic surgery.  Sessions combine techniques like Wood Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Ultrasound Cavitation and Radio Frequency Body Treatments with Massage Therapy to soften tight tissues, reduce swelling, soften and flatten surgical scars, reduce fibrotic tissues and lessen the appearance of bumps and lumps in the surgical area. Sessions can begin approximately 8-12 weeks Post Op and can extend beyond the first year after surgery .

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Manual Lymphatic Drainage uses gentle rhythmic strokes to encourage the movement of lymphatic fluid. Manual Lymph Drainage helps to reduce swelling, inflammation, aches and pain. It has been used to help manage Migraines, Sinusitis, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Post Orthopedic Surgery Swelling, Rheumatoid Arthritis and Scleroderma. It has also been used to improve overall wellness by boosting the immune system and relieving stress.

Heated Manual Lymphatic Drainage combines Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Infrared Sauna Therapy to help increase circulation, reduce inflammation, stimulate lymph drainage and calm the nervous system. Please drink 64 – 128 oz of water the day of and the day after your massage to prevent dehydration. Heated Manual Lymphatic Drainage is not recommended for people with heart conditions or heat sensitivities. Please consult your licensed medical professional before scheduling this service.

Non-Invasive Body Contouring

Body Contouring Massage combines Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Wood Therapy, Ultrasound Cavitation, Radiofrequency Skin Tightening and Massage Therapy to tighten loose skin, reduce fluid retention and minimize fat in an area of the body. Sessions can be used to address 1 large area or 2 small areas of the body. Body Contouring Massage helps to reduce fat that is resistant to diet and exercise. Several sessions may be necessary before results are visible. Body Contouring Massage does not assist in weight loss.

Clinical Massage Therapy

Clinical Massage Therapy is all about pain relief.  These sessions combine techniques like Cupping Therapy, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), Trigger Point Therapy and Myofascial Release to relieve pain. Clinical Massage Therapy sessions last for 30 minutes and focus on one area. Clients commonly book Clinical Massage Therapy for themselves or are referred by a licensed medical professional. Thai Massage Therapy

Table Thai Massage combines assisted stretching, acupressure, spa therapies and Clinical Massage Therapy to help to reduce pain, increase circulation, improve lymphatic flow, increase range of motion, relax the nervous system and improve flexibility. Sessions take place on a massage table with the client fully dressed in comfortable clothing

Thai Yoga Massage uses rhythmic rocking, assisted yoga stretches and deep muscle compressions to help relax tight muscles, increase circulation, improve lymphatic drainage, stretch connective tissues, increase range of motion and improves flexibility. The therapist uses hands, feet and knees to provide the massage. Sessions take place on a cushioned mat on the floor with the client fully dressed in yoga or workout clothes. You must be able to get up and down onto the floor independently or with the assistance of a chair.

Aura Cleansing is a relaxing and healing practice that has been used by people around the world for thousands of years. Virtual Wellness Coaching helps you to develop a healthier lifestyle. During each session, we’ll look at your current lifestyle and discuss techniques and strategies you can use to make it healthier. We’ll discuss healthy sleep habits, stress management, work life balance, exercise, healthy eating and more.  At the end of your coaching session, you’ll have a step-by-step Wellness Action Plan that you can use to accomplish your wellness goals and make your life healthier. Live Online Classes

Bedtime Yoga helps you to relax and release the stresses of the day, right before bedtime to help you get a good night’s sleep. Classes and use gentle yoga poses, breathing exercises, mindfulness and guided meditation. Some yoga experience is helpful, but not required. Yoga clothes, workout clothes or pajamas are perfect for this class. You will need a yoga mat, and may find 1-2 blankets helpful. Relaxing music, essential oils and/or candlelight may also be helpful. Yoga experience is helpful, but not required. Classes take place in real time on Google Meet. Discounts are available with the purchase of a class pass.

Reiki Yoga combines gentle yoga postures, guided meditation and Reiki Energy Therapy to create health and healing in the mind, body and spirit. Sessions begin with a gentle yoga practice and end with a guided Reiki meditation. Reiki Yoga can help to relax tight muscles, increase flexibility, reduce stress, release negative emotions, lift the spirit and improve overall health and wellness. Prior to class, use low lighting, relaxing music, incense or essential oils to prepare your yoga space. Yoga experience is helpful, but not required. Classes take place in real time on Google Meet. Meditation combines guided meditation, mindfulness, breathing exercises and silent meditation to help relax the body and focus the mind.
