Booking Deposit

A $25 service deposit is required to reserve an appointment online and in office at Keva Mack Massage & Wellness. The deposit will be applied to the cost of the scheduled Massage Therapy or wellness service. The remaining balance of the service is due at the time of your scheduled appointment. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling an appointment with a notice of 12 hours or more – The $25 deposit will not be refunded to the client. The $25 deposit paid can be used by the client or placed on a gift certificate for another person to use for a future service at Keva Mack Massage & Wellness for up to 1 year from the day your appointment was cancelled.

Cancelling an appointment with less than a 12 hour notice – The $25 deposit will not be refunded to the client. 

Failing to cancel an appointment and not showing up is classified as a No Show and will result in a No Show Fee equal to 100% of the cost of the service(s) scheduled being charged to the client.

If an appointment in paid for in full and is canceled with a notice of 12 hours or more a refund will not be issued. The amount paid can be used by the client or placed on a gift certificate for another person to use toward the cost of future service(s) at Keva Mack Massage & Wellness for up to 1 year from the day the initial appointment was cancelled

If an appointment in paid for in full and is canceled with a notice of less than 12 hours a refund will not be issued. The total amount paid minus a late cancellation fee of $25 will be available for the client to use or can be placed on a Gift Certificate for another person to use toward a service offered at Keva Mack Massage & Wellness for up to one year from the date the inital appointment was cancelled.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is available online up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment free of charge.

Rescheduling is available by text or phone up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment free of charge.

Rescheduling is only available 12 or more hours prior to the start time of an appointment. 

If a client contacts the office to change the time or day of an appointment less than 12 hours before it’s scheduled to begin the appointment will be cancelled. A new appointment can be scheduled by phone or text. A new appointment can also be booked online at https://KevaMack.com/book . The $25 deposit paid to reserve the canceled appointment will not be refunded.

Late Arrival Policy

If a client arrives less than 15 minutes late to an appointment, the client’s appointment will begin once they arrive and will end at the scheduled time.  The client will be responsible for 100% of the cost of the scheduled appointment.

If a client arrives 15 minutes (or more) late to an appointment, the appointment will be cancelled and the $25 deposit will not be returned.

Refunds or Exchanges

No refunds are available on services or classes booked or cancelled. No refunds or exchanges are available on products purchased.  All sales final. No refunds are issued for any reason.

Yoga Class Policies

  • No refunds are available after registration
  • Refunds or credit can not be issued for unused classes on class passes
  • Credit can not be issued toward any other service for missed classes
  • Missed classes can not be made up.

Booking an appointment or registering for a class means you agree to these policies.
