Integrative Somatic Massages are slow and supportive, blending therapeutic techniques with Somatic Awareness. Sessions may include a combination of any of the following therapeutic techniques: Hot Stones, Hot Towels, Aromatherapy, Guided Relaxation, Sound Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Verbal Processing, Body Awareness, Reiki Energy Therapy and Breathwork. Integrative Somatic Massage is not mental health counseling or psychotherapy.
Somatic Table Thai Massage helps to encourage relaxation, regulate the nervous system, release muscle tightness and assist in the gentle release of stress, anxiety and trapped emotions. It combines assisted stretches, muscle compressions and Clinical Massage Therapy to help release tight muscles, increase circulation, improve lymphatic drainage, stretch connective tissues, increase range of motion and improve flexibility. Sessions also include any combination of the following therapeutic techniques: Guided Relaxation, Craniosacral Therapy, Verbal Processing, Body Awareness, Reiki Energy Therapy and Breathwork. Somatic Table Thai Massage takes place on a massage table with the client fully dressed in clothing that is comfortable and easy to move in. Somatic Table Thai Massage is not mental health counseling or psychotherapy.
Somatic Reiki is an energy based wellness technique that helps to relax the nervous system, improve energy flow throughout the body and assists in the gentle release of stress, anxiety and trapped emotions. Somatic Reiki combines Reiki Energy Therapy with techniques like Craniosacral Therapy, Vocal Toning, Breathwork and verbal processing. Sessions take place with the client fully dressed while lying on a massage therapy table. Somatic Reiki is not psychotherapy or mental health counseling.
